2. About Our Services

Wavestorm Software operates in two distinct areas:

• •Software & Game Development: We develop and release our own software products and games. These are not created on request or for individual clients. Our products include desktop applications (such as Fenceless), authentication services (Rune Auth), game development tools (Scripted), and our own video game titles.
• •Website Development Services: We design and build custom websites for clients. These services are provided under separate service agreements and are tailored to each client's specific requirements.

3. Use of Our Website

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

Software products listed as "Coming Soon," "Beta," or "In Development" are subject to change without notice. The features, functionality, pricing, and availability of such products may differ from what is described on our Site at the time of launch. Open-source projects (such as Fenceless) are governed by their respective open-source licenses in addition to these Terms.

6. Our Game Titles

Our video game titles are developed independently and released on our own schedule. Game features, release dates, and platforms are subject to change during development. Information provided about upcoming games represents our current plans and vision, which may evolve as development progresses.

7. Website Development Services

Our website development services are provided under separate agreements and proposals. These Terms do not override or replace any service agreement, contract, or statement of work specifically negotiated for website development projects. Pricing, timelines, deliverables, and ongoing support for client websites are as agreed upon in writing.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Site or services: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code; (h) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape the Site; (i) to use any automated system to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.
